Report Finds ‘Most Likely’ COVID Origin

After a two-year investigation, a congressional subcommittee has released a bombshell report concluding that COVID-19 likely originated from a lab in Wuhan, China. The findings cast doubt on key pandemic measures, including masking and social distancing, declaring them unsupported by scientific evidence.

The 520-page report, issued by the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, states unequivocally, “COVID-19 most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan, China.” The committee pointed to biological characteristics of the virus that are “not found in nature” and data indicating all cases stemmed from a single introduction to humans.

Support for the Lab-Leak Theory

The Wuhan Institute of Virology, China’s leading SARS research facility, has long been at the center of speculation. The report highlights its history of gain-of-function research conducted under inadequate biosafety standards. It also notes that researchers at the institute fell ill with a “COVID-like virus” in late 2019, months before the virus was linked to the now-infamous wet market.

“By nearly all measures of science, if there was evidence of a natural origin, it would have already surfaced,” the report asserts.

This conclusion reignites criticism of early pandemic narratives that pointed to unsanitary wet markets as the source.

Masking and Social Distancing Debunked

Equally damning are the findings on widely adopted mitigation measures. The subcommittee found “no conclusive evidence” that masks provided protection against the virus. Social distancing, too, was labeled as unscientific.

The report reveals that former White House Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted in closed-door testimony that social distancing guidance “sort of just appeared.”

These measures, heralded as essential during the pandemic, caused widespread economic and social upheaval. The report cites skyrocketing unemployment and devastating impacts on children, including what it describes as “decades worth of academic progress lost.”

Fallout and Criticism of Fauci

Dr. Fauci, once the face of the federal pandemic response, has faced mounting criticism. The report intensifies scrutiny, with lawmakers accusing him of mismanagement and prioritizing political optics over science.

Lingering Questions

The findings also raise questions about accountability. Why were unverified measures implemented so widely? What role did gain-of-function research play, and why was it allowed under such precarious conditions?

As America grapples with the long-term consequences, this report signals the beginning of a broader reckoning. It calls into question not only the origins of the pandemic but also the very institutions tasked with protecting public health.

The investigation marks a pivotal moment, leaving Americans to demand answers from global leaders, scientists, and policymakers who shaped the pandemic’s narrative.

  1. If that report does not mention the possibility of intentional PRC release of COVID 19 to cripple Trump’s first term, ruin America’s economy and use it for Impeachment evidence, then it’s worthless.
