Kelce, wife of NFL legend Jason Kelce, pressed Michelle for details about her preferred sleep schedule. “Honestly, after dinner is ideal,” Michelle said, laughing. “If I could, I’d be out by then.” She went on to reveal that her daughters, Malia and Sasha, were also early sleepers. “Bath time was at 7:00, bedtime by 7:30. That gave me a couple of hours to just breathe, with no one asking me for anything.”
