Gabbard Drops Another Bomb on Obama-Era Spying: “Prosecutions Are Coming”

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard isn’t backing down. In fact, she’s just getting started.

Appearing on Fox News Sunday, Gabbard declared that the Obama administration engaged in a “treasonous conspiracy” to sabotage President Donald Trump’s 2016 victory—and she says the receipts are coming.

“This week, we’re releasing more. Names, documents, timelines,” Gabbard told host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures. “Americans deserve to know the truth. And those who tried to steal our democracy must be prosecuted.”

The Deep State Dossier

In her scathing report released Friday, Gabbard accused top Obama officials of deliberately fabricating the Russia collusion narrative to delegitimize Trump’s win. The details, she says, were buried—intentionally hidden from lawmakers, the public, and even senior intelligence officials under Trump.

“We’ve identified critical pieces of evidence showing how this operation was designed and executed,” she said Sunday. “It wasn’t a mistake. It was calculated.”

Gabbard, a former Democrat turned independent hawk, now serves as the highest-ranking intelligence official in President Trump’s second administration. Her blunt tone and demand for accountability have rattled the political class.

“Accountability, action, prosecution, indictments—these are not optional,” she warned. “They are essential to protect this republic from ever being hijacked again.”

Pam Bondi, Kash Patel on the Case

Gabbard threw her support behind Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, saying the fate of the investigation rests in their hands.

“They must follow the evidence wherever it leads,” she said. “We’ve given them the road map.”

Bartiromo pressed her: “So, Bondi and Patel are the key?”

“They’re the ones who can deliver justice,” Gabbard confirmed.

Democrats in Denial, MAGA Wants More

Predictably, Democrats called Gabbard’s report “nonsense” and accused her of pushing conspiracy theories. But Republican voters—and especially Trump’s base—aren’t buying the denials.

“People have known for years the Russia hoax was just that—a hoax,” said Florida Rep. Byron Donalds. “Now we finally have someone at the top of intelligence who’s willing to expose it.”

Still, some MAGA influencers have speculated the timing is no coincidence. Gabbard’s Friday report dropped just hours after The Wall Street Journal released a controversial story accusing Trump of sending a risqué birthday note to Jeffrey Epstein in 2003—an allegation the president has blasted as “disgusting fiction.”

“Total hoax,” Trump said on Truth Social. “I don’t even draw!”

He has since filed a $10 billion lawsuit against the Journal, calling the story a “political hit job.”

Gabbard Stands Firm

Despite media distractions, Gabbard insists her focus remains locked on exposing what she calls “the worst political scandal in American history.”

“This isn’t about headlines,” she said. “It’s about justice. For the president. For the voters. For America.”

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence has not yet confirmed a date for the next document release, but insiders say it could come as early as Tuesday.

One senior official familiar with the findings said: “The media can mock it all they want. But once this comes out, they won’t be laughing.”
