A once-secret intelligence report declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is sending shockwaves through Washington, exposing what appears to be a massive cover-up involving Hillary Clinton’s health, the Obama White House, and the origins of the phony Trump-Russia scandal.
According to the newly released documents, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service had damning intel on Hillary Clinton’s alleged physical and mental deterioration—including claims she was on a daily regimen of “heavy tranquilizers” to manage erratic mood swings and “uncontrolled fits of anger.”
Even more explosive? That President Barack Obama and top Democrats were aware of it—and were panicking behind closed doors.
Clinton’s Alleged Condition Described as “Extraordinarily Alarming”
The report, originally prepared by the House Intelligence Committee under Republican leadership in 2020, had remained buried in a CIA vault—until Gabbard ordered its release under President Trump’s directive to unearth the truth.
The declassified document alleges the Russians had access to internal Democratic National Committee communications that painted a disturbing picture of Clinton’s mental and physical state in 2016.
“Her health information was being kept in ‘strictest secrecy,’ and even close advisors were not being fully informed,” the report states. “She was suffering from intensified psycho-emotional problems, including fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.”
Clinton’s rumored diagnoses, according to the intel, included Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, COPD, and deep vein thrombosis.
But it wasn’t just foreign intel agencies raising red flags.
“There were high-level DNC emails detailing evidence of Hillary’s psycho-emotional problems,” Gabbard told reporters at the White House Wednesday. “And the Obama administration knew. They buried it and pushed a false narrative instead.”
The Clinton Plan: A Political Smokescreen?
Perhaps the most damning allegation in the report is the claim that Clinton’s campaign approved a plan to link then-candidate Donald Trump to Russian hackers—explicitly to distract the public from the email server scandal and her deteriorating health.
On July 28, 2016, then-CIA Director John Brennan reportedly briefed President Obama, along with top officials like Joe Biden, James Comey, and Loretta Lynch, about the plan. Brennan later ordered post-election publication of dubious intelligence reports as the foundation for the infamous Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) claiming Putin “preferred Trump.”
Those reports, the newly revealed findings say, were based on “substandard, biased, and implausible” sources—some tied directly to the discredited Steele Dossier.
“The intelligence community under Obama mischaracterized facts, relied on phony sources, and outright ignored more reliable evidence that contradicted their narrative,” Gabbard said. “This was not just bias. This was election interference.”
Durham: FBI Ignored Clinton Manipulation Warnings
Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane probe also found that agents ignored clear signs they were being used by the Clinton campaign to weaponize law enforcement for political purposes.
“The FBI failed to act on what should have been a clear warning,” Durham’s report stated. “Had they considered Clinton Plan intelligence, the investigation would have taken a far different course.”
Despite repeated testimony from Obama-era officials like James Clapper, Susan Rice, and Loretta Lynch admitting under oath they had “no empirical evidence” of Trump-Russia collusion, the media and political establishment pushed the narrative anyway.
What Now? Gabbard Demands Accountability
DNI Gabbard is calling for full transparency and accountability from Obama-era intelligence leaders, including John Brennan and James Comey.
“This is about more than Hillary’s health. It’s about how a sitting president allowed U.S. intelligence to be corrupted to influence an election, delegitimize a duly elected president, and divide the country,” she said.
Neither Obama nor Clinton has publicly responded to the revelations. Obama spokesperson Patrick Rodenbush called the report “bizarre and ridiculous,” but failed to deny the specific allegations.
As President Trump continues his second term, supporters say this declassification effort is just the beginning.
“The American people were lied to,” said Rep. Devin Nunes, who launched the original House investigation. “We now have proof that it wasn’t Russia trying to rig the 2016 election—it was the Democrats.”
With calls mounting for further hearings and possible indictments, Washington may finally be forced to reckon with what some are calling the biggest political deception in modern American history.
