New Epstein Survivors Set to Break Their Silence

In what could become one of the most explosive moments in the Jeffrey Epstein saga since his 2019 death, a new wave of survivors is preparing to step forward — and members of Congress say they won’t stop until the public sees what they’re calling “the full truth.”

On September 3, multiple women who say they were abused by Epstein and his convicted accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, will speak publicly for the first time. The press conference will be held outside the U.S. Capitol as lawmakers return from summer recess.

The event will be led by two unlikely allies: Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna of California and Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky. Both say the testimony is part of their effort to force the Trump administration to release sealed records from the federal Epstein investigation.

“This is about justice for survivors — and transparency for every American,” Massie posted on X.
Khanna was even blunter in a Wednesday op-ed: “Releasing the full Epstein files — while protecting the privacy and safety of victims — must be a top priority. Either you stand with America’s children, or you stand with the wealthy and powerful who have been protected for far too long.”

Epstein, a politically connected financier, was arrested in 2019 on federal sex-trafficking charges involving girls as young as 14. He was found dead in a Manhattan jail cell weeks later — a death officially ruled a suicide, but one that has fueled years of suspicion.

Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year federal sentence for grooming and trafficking minors for Epstein. She has never revealed the full list of powerful men who socialized with them — a list many believe is buried in the unreleased government files.

In July, the DOJ and FBI announced that no further disclosures in the case would be “appropriate or warranted,” infuriating both survivors and many Trump supporters who believe the files could expose influential figures in politics, finance, and entertainment.

President Donald Trump — who knew Epstein in the early 2000s — has dismissed the uproar, calling it “the Jeffrey Epstein SCAM” and accusing Democrats of trying to smear him.

At the September event, Khanna and Massie plan to promote the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which would compel the release of all non-redacted case materials. They’ll also update reporters on a discharge petition — a procedural move to force a House vote on the bill without leadership’s approval. To succeed, they’ll need 218 signatures, a tall order in a bitterly divided Congress.

Attorneys Brad Edwards and Brittany Henderson, who represent multiple Epstein survivors, will speak alongside their clients. Edwards has long argued that “cover-ups and political favors” have protected Epstein’s associates for decades.

The press conference will take place at 10:30 a.m. ET at the House Triangle in Washington, D.C. The House Oversight Committee has also subpoenaed the DOJ for Epstein-related records, with a compliance deadline of August 19 — less than two weeks away.

“If these records are turned over in full,” one congressional aide told me, “it will change the way America understands this case — and possibly some of its most powerful players.”

  1. Not everyone with ties to Epstein was engaged in the sexual activities. He was a powerful man with powerful friends and acquaintances. Everyone who did engage with this activity should be exposed and suffer the consequences. However, I’m uneasy about punishing those who were not engaged in any of the activity on his island having their lives possibly ruined just because their name happens to be listed in his records. Go ahead and release and publish every name that is found, but, and this is important, indicate if that individual is some freak guilty of raping little girls or simply involved in legal business with him. Obviously, both political parties will be working overtime to destroy as many of their political opponents as they can by, in many cases, “suggesting” that the opponent was a creep in order to destroy political careers.
