ICE Raids Strip Club, Arrests 41 in Human Trafficking and Immigration Crackdown

Federal agents stormed a notorious Dallas strip club late Friday night, hauling away dozens of suspects in handcuffs and seizing stacks of cash as part of a sweeping investigation into human trafficking and illegal employment.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that 41 people were arrested in the raid at Chicas Bonitas Cabaret, a strip club located along Harry Hines Boulevard — a stretch of Dallas long associated with vice and underground crime. Agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed a criminal search warrant, uncovering what officials described as a hub of illegal labor and suspected sex trafficking.

“This operation shows what happens when federal, state, and local law enforcement work together,” said Travis Pickard, Special Agent in Charge of HSI Dallas. “We are committed to protecting vulnerable people and restoring law and order in our communities.”

Cash, Records, and Criminal Histories

According to ICE, officers seized $30,000 in cash and stacks of business records during the raid, evidence investigators say could unravel a wider trafficking ring. Of the 41 suspects, 29 were illegal immigrants working inside the club.

The agency revealed that at least five of the suspects already had serious criminal records. One of the men, Juan Carlos Salas Medina, 30, from Mexico, had illegally entered the U.S. at least ten times. Medina’s rap sheet includes aggravated assault of a family member, drug possession, and DUI.

“Cases like Medina’s are why President Trump has been clear: America cannot allow repeat offenders to keep slipping back across our borders,” said a senior DHS official, speaking on background.

Another suspect, Julios Cesar Martinez, 47, had multiple convictions for assault and drunk driving. Others — including Victor Manuel Manzano-Ramirez, 47, Gustavo Rojas-Garda, 44, and Genaro Diaz-Perez, 44 — had been convicted of crimes ranging from DUI to prostitution.

Texas Ground Zero in Immigration Fight

Texas has long been ground zero in America’s battle over illegal immigration. Under President Trump’s renewed border security push in 2025, federal agencies have ramped up raids targeting both violent criminal networks and businesses that knowingly hire illegal immigrants.

Local officials say the problem has been allowed to fester for decades. “This isn’t just about one club — it’s about a system that rewards lawlessness and punishes honest Americans,” said a Dallas police sergeant familiar with the case. “We see the impact every day: drugs, trafficking, violent crime. It’s all connected.”

The Dallas Police Department worked alongside ICE, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and the IRS Criminal Investigative Division to execute the raid.

The Bigger Picture

The raid comes as the Trump administration pushes for harsher penalties on businesses that hire illegal workers. In recent months, the White House has emphasized that going after demand — not just supply — is key to ending human trafficking operations.

“Clubs like this are exploiting desperate people while undermining the rule of law,” said one federal prosecutor. “These raids send a message: America is not open for criminal business.”

With thousands of dollars seized, dozens in custody, and a suspected trafficking pipeline disrupted, officials say the Dallas raid is only the beginning.

  1. Which only tells us that the only reason these long time operating establishments are still in business is because local judicial and law enforcement is totally involved with the establishments activity. If that weren’t the case, then there’d be nothing for ICE to find when they made the raid. Let’s be rounding up and arresting the locals right along with the original targets.
