Alec Baldwin just can’t catch a break.
The 67-year-old actor is facing yet another lawsuit tied to the Rust movie tragedy — and insiders say the stress is pushing him to the edge.
According to court filings, gun supplier Seth Kenney — whose company provided the revolver that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on set in 2021 — is now suing Baldwin, Hutchins’ estate, and others, accusing them of making him a “scapegoat” and ruining his reputation.
It’s another crushing blow for the 30 Rock star, who was cleared of involuntary manslaughter earlier this year but still can’t seem to shake the fallout.
“Every time he thinks it’s over, another lawsuit lands,” a close friend told RadarOnline.com. “He’s burned out. He’s spent a fortune on legal bills, and his career is in freefall. The hits just keep coming.”
The insider added that Baldwin has lost several major acting gigs since the shooting and is juggling sky-high expenses, including renting multiple properties while trying to hold his family together.
“He’s exhausted — emotionally, financially, and physically,” the source said. “He’s one step away from collapsing.”
Meanwhile, tension at home isn’t helping. Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria, 41, was recently dropped from Dancing With the Stars, and sources say her push to restart her own career has caused fresh strain in their 13-year marriage.
“Hilaria still loves the spotlight,” another insider spilled. “She wants her own showbiz moment, and Alec feels like she’s leaving him to pick up the pieces with their kids. It’s a lot.”
Despite being cleared in court, the actor’s reputation — and patience — seem to be wearing thin.
“He’s trying to cut back and live modestly, but Hilaria isn’t built for that,” the source said. “She likes to live like royalty. It’s chaos at home.”
For Baldwin, the legal nightmare that began in 2021 shows no signs of ending.

It’s bad enough he killed that woman & injured that man, but to try to squirm out of being responsible,& blaming it on someone else, is just disgusting!
I truly believe it was accidental, but the responsibility of checking a firearm in you’re hand,to make sure it’s unloaded & NEVER pointing it at ANYONE, or ANYTHING, you don’t intend to shoot, lies directly on HIM!!!
He is, regardless of the court findings, guilty of negligent homicide!!!
He deserves to be put through hell, while alive, until he ends up there in death!!!
He is nothing more than a murderer. It is ashamed that our court systems are corrupted and broken, a person that works everyday to put food on the table for their family, would be in jail by now and the key would had been thrown away.

He’s an idiot who got what was coming for him….he was alright in his earlier acting years (Beetle Juice) but as he got older, something changed and not for the better…
I’ve been around guns for a while and in my 89 years I have never seen nor heard of any gun pulling it’s own trigger! For me Baldwin is a liar. He, regardless of his “sworn” statements did pull the trigger. He deserves whatever grief comes his way!
