Congresswoman Makes Shocking Claims About Ancient Bible Story

A Florida congresswoman just lit up the internet with a theory that sounds straight out of a sci-fi blockbuster — except she says it’s been hiding in the Bible all along.

Anna Paulina Luna is turning heads after claiming that ancient scripture may actually be describing alien encounters on Earth, and her viral posts are sending both believers and skeptics into a frenzy.

“The truth is in plain sight!” Luna declared on X, urging followers to “read the Book of Enoch” — an ancient Jewish text that didn’t make it into the traditional Bible.

According to the controversial writing, a group of 200 “fallen angels,” known as the Watchers, descended to Earth, mated with human women, and produced a race of giants long before the biblical flood. The beings also allegedly shared forbidden knowledge — everything from weapon-making to sorcery — with humanity.

To Luna, that doesn’t sound like angels. It sounds like extraterrestrials.

And she didn’t stop there.

In another eyebrow-raising post, the congresswoman shared a famous Renaissance painting, Madonna and Child with the Infant St. John, often nicknamed “Madonna of the UFO,” pointing out a strange object in the sky that some believe resembles a flying saucer hovering in the background.

Cue the internet meltdown.

Supporters flooded her comments claiming this is proof humanity has been visited before. “The truth is in plain sight!” one user echoed, while others insisted historical figures like Leonardo da Vinci were in on the secret.

But critics weren’t buying it.

Skeptics quickly fired back, arguing the Book of Enoch was excluded from the Bible for a reason and comparing it to fiction. One commenter mocked the idea, saying people might as well read superhero comics if they’re looking for ancient “evidence.”

Still, Luna is doubling down.

During an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience in 2025, she said she’s seen photographic evidence of aircraft that “weren’t made by mankind,” suggesting these sightings could tie back to historical accounts — possibly even before the time of Christ.

Her comments also come as pressure builds on the Pentagon to release more information about UFOs, officially known as unidentified aerial phenomena. Luna recently accused the Department of Defense of dragging its feet after missing a deadline to release dozens of videos.

The Pentagon blamed a clerical error. Luna didn’t buy it.

“How convenient,” she shot back online.

Whether you think it’s hidden history or internet-fueled conspiracy, one thing is clear — Luna’s alien-Bible theory has people looking at ancient texts in a very different light.

And now the question that’s blowing up online: were they angels… or something else entirely?
