AOC Slammed Over Latest Attack on Trump

Democratic firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is under fire after referring to President Donald Trump as a “rapist” in a social media post that critics say crossed every legal and moral line — and now, Trump allies want her sued into bankruptcy.

The shocking post came Friday as Ocasio-Cortez weighed in on renewed scrutiny surrounding the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. Without naming Trump, she wrote: “Wow who would have thought that electing a rapist would have complicated the release of the Epstein Files?”

Within hours, legal experts and lawmakers erupted in outrage.

“This is straight-up defamation, full stop,” said Utah Sen. Mike Lee. “Even under the outdated NY Times v. Sullivan standard, she just stepped on a landmine.” He wasn’t alone.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, a rising GOP star and vocal Trump ally, called Ocasio-Cortez part of the “communist caucus” and warned she may face consequences far beyond social media backlash. “We’re building new detention sites to handle the fallout of these radical agitators. She might want to consider a visit,” he quipped.

Legal Landmines and a Familiar Mistake

The backlash isn’t just political. Experts point to a recent case where ABC News settled for a staggering $15 million with President Trump after anchor George Stephanopoulos repeatedly claimed during a 2024 interview that Trump had been found liable for rape — a claim Trump’s legal team proved false in court. Trump had been found liable for sexual abuse, not rape, in a civil suit brought by writer E. Jean Carroll.

“AOC is making the same mistake ABC did — and they had to pay millions,” said attorney Phil Holloway. “She should be lawyering up yesterday.”

Political commentator Bill Mitchell didn’t mince words either: “Sue her into bankruptcy. Trump has never been indicted for rape, let alone convicted. This is slander, plain and simple.”

Conservative activist Laura Loomer added: “Hope she’s got millions ready for Trump like ABC did. Porky’s about to get a reality check.”

The Epstein Angle and Political Deflection

Ocasio-Cortez’s remark came after the Trump Department of Justice confirmed there is no list of Epstein “clients” available — a statement that has fueled wild speculation from the left. Critics say AOC’s tweet was a blatant attempt to smear Trump with innuendo and distract from questions surrounding former Democrat elites linked to Epstein.

“Why didn’t you release the Epstein files when Biden was in office? Maybe because it would’ve implicated one of your own?” asked Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin, referencing longtime rumors about former President Bill Clinton’s ties to Epstein.

Inside the White House, Trump’s team didn’t hold back.

“AOC likes to play pretend like she’s from the block,” said Communications Director Steven Cheung. “In reality, she’s a sad, miserable blockhead suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

He added, “Maybe she should take a break from cosplay socialism and get help before she gets hit with the biggest defamation suit of her life.”

Legal Fallout Looms

Social media exploded with comparisons to the ABC scandal. Last year, Stephanopoulos faced a tidal wave of backlash for saying, “Judges and two separate juries have found [Trump] liable for rape.” That falsehood triggered a lawsuit and ended with ABC issuing a formal apology and a multi-million-dollar settlement to the Trump Presidential Library Fund.

Now, Trump allies argue, Ocasio-Cortez deserves the same fate — and possibly worse.

“She doesn’t have the protections she thinks she does,” one legal expert warned. “Congressional privilege doesn’t extend to Twitter. She could be held personally liable.”

So far, Ocasio-Cortez has stayed silent — but legal observers say the clock is ticking.

If Trump does file suit, it would mark another high-profile takedown of media and political elites who underestimate the legal power of a second-term president unafraid to strike back.

“Trump is back,” said Cheung. “And this time, he’s not playing nice.”

  1. Maybe, just maybe, her constituents will now see that this narcissistic Socialist doesn\’t care a bit about them; it\’s always about her and the power that she feels in her position. She wasn\’t a even a good waitress and they thought she\’d represent them? Time to wake up in the 14th District and get yourself someone who knows that they are supposed to represent you. Her continuing severe TDS will cost her district dearly.

  2. She should be sued for defamation of character. Let\’s see how that fat lying mouth handles millions in legal fees and restitution. That would be poetic justice.
