‘Tribute’ to Trump and Melania YMCA Dance Performance Sweeps the Internet

An over-the-top tribute to President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump has gone viral after airing on Israel’s version of “Dancing with the Stars.”

In a recent episode of “Rokdim Im Kokhavim,” two professional dancers hit the stage dressed as the first couple — with the Trump impersonator in the trademark blue suit and red tie, and the Melania look-alike in her iconic navy blue inauguration outfit from earlier this year. The performance began with the U.S. National Anthem, where the faux Trump tried to sneak in a kiss before being playfully pushed away as “Melania” straightened his tie.

Then, in a comedic twist, the music shifted to the Village People’s “YMCA,” and the dance floor lit up. “Melania” quickly changed into a flashy American flag ensemble while “Trump” busted out his signature rally moves — a nod to his well-known campaign dance style.

Clips from the lighthearted routine exploded on social media platform X, drawing millions of views and plenty of praise from Trump supporters online. “An overseas ‘Dancing with the Stars’ pair dressed as Pres Trump & the First Lady and CRUSHING it,” gushed former Trump campaign adviser Steve Cortes. Political commentator April Silverman called it a “MUST WATCH,” adding that the pair “absolutely killed it.”

The skit has even prompted comparisons to Trump’s own moves at rallies, where he often grooves to “YMCA” for cheering crowds. As of now, the White House has not commented on the performance — but the internet is already calling it one of the most unforgettable “Dancing with the Stars” moments of the year.
