Trump Gets Big Laugh Defining a ‘Woman’ for Reporters (Video)

President Donald J. Trump had the press laughing in the Oval Office Friday—but the moment quickly turned serious when the conversation shifted to women’s sports and radical gender ideology.

After swearing in longtime legal ally Alina Habba as U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, Trump fielded questions from reporters. One asked what has become a minefield for Democrats: “What is a woman?”

Trump didn’t flinch.

“That’s an easy one,” he said with a grin. “A woman is someone who can, under certain circumstances, have a baby. She’s equal. And usually, she’s smarter than a man. I’ve always thought so. And a woman never lets a man win—no chance,” he joked, drawing laughter from reporters.

But Trump wasn’t done. The humor gave way to a serious warning.

“Women have been treated horribly in this country under the guise of ‘inclusion,’” he said. “Letting biological men compete in women’s sports isn’t equality. It’s lunacy. And it’s destroying opportunities for real women.”

The crowd fell silent.

Biden’s Party ‘Waging War on Women’

Trump took aim at the Left’s stance on transgender athletes. Without naming names, he called out Democrats who continue defending the policy.

“Some Democrat is always up there fighting for men in women’s sports. Let them. Because if they keep this up, they’ll never win another election,” he said.

And he may not be wrong. A recent Gallup poll shows over 69% of Americans oppose allowing biological males in women’s sports—a figure that includes independents and even some Democrat voters.

In response to growing outrage, Trump recently signed a bold executive order titled “No Men in Women’s Sports.” The policy bars any federally funded school or university from allowing biological males to compete against women.

“We’re restoring fairness. We’re restoring reality,” Trump said at the signing, flanked by female athletes and conservative leaders. “Women fought too hard to be sidelined now.”

Restoring Biology and Parental Rights

Trump didn’t stop at sports. His administration is also investigating what he calls “radical gender secrecy” in America’s schools.

Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Education launched an investigation into the California Department of Education after reports surfaced that schools were hiding students’ gender identities from their parents.

The state’s defense? A spokesperson for Gov. Gavin Newsom claimed parents still “have full access” to their child’s education records. But critics say that’s misleading at best.

“This is government keeping secrets from moms and dads,” said Education Secretary Betsy McCaughey. “That’s not education. That’s indoctrination.”

Trump also signed an executive order called “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism,” making it official U.S. policy that there are only two genders: male and female.

‘We Love Our Women’

Trump closed the exchange with a simple message.

“Women are incredible. They do so much for our country. And we’re going to stand up for them. We’re going to protect them. That’s what real leadership looks like,” he said.

As the Biden administration continues to dodge the question, Trump’s answer was clear: Biology matters. Truth matters. And America’s daughters deserve better.
