A tragic scene unfolded just before midnight near Heathrow Airport as a car and a bus collided in a violent head-on crash, leaving three people dead and several others injured.
The horror crash happened around 11:55 p.m. on Bedfont Road in Feltham, where an H26 bus and a silver Mercedes slammed into each other on a railway bridge. By the time emergency services arrived, both vehicles were engulfed in flames.
All three people inside the car were pronounced dead at the scene. A fourth occupant was rushed to the hospital. On the bus, two passengers also sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital, though their conditions are not believed to be life-threatening.
