Former President Joe Biden resurfaced this weekend, appearing relaxed and cheerful in photos posted by his daughter Ashley — even as wild online conspiracies falsely claimed that President Trump had died.
Ashley, 44, shared two Instagram snapshots taken during a stroll with her father at Cape Henlopen State Park in Delaware. “I feel so grateful for our walks and talks. #1 dad,” she wrote.
In one photo, Biden, 82, walks beside his daughter on a wooded trail, clad in navy shorts, a long-sleeved top with the collar popped, his trademark aviator sunglasses, and a baseball cap. In another, the two stand on a boardwalk overlooking the Delaware Bay.
It’s Biden’s first public sighting since July 31, when he delivered remarks at the National Bar Association’s 100th Annual Awards Gala in Chicago. The former president’s office announced in May that he was battling an aggressive form of prostate cancer that had spread to his bones — a diagnosis that has fueled ongoing speculation about his health.
While Biden smiled for the cameras, left-leaning corners of the Internet exploded with rumors about President Trump’s health after the White House released a barebones Labor Day weekend schedule showing no public events.
Hashtags like “#TrumpIsDead” and “#WhereIsTrump” trended on X, with anti-Trump activists speculating wildly about the president’s whereabouts.
Their hopes were quickly dashed Saturday morning when photos emerged showing Trump, 79, alongside his 18-year-old granddaughter, Kai Trump, heading to Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia. Trump sported his signature red MAGA hat, a white polo, and black slacks.
A White House insider laughed off the rumors, telling reporters, “President Trump is alive, well, and as sharp as ever. The left will keep wishing, but they’ll have to wait at least until 2029.”
Though he skipped a Friday press appearance, Trump was active on Truth Social, firing back at a federal appeals court decision that struck down portions of his tariff policy as “illegal.”
“This ruling is a total disaster for the country,” Trump warned in the post. “If these tariffs go away, American jobs and American sovereignty go with them. We will fight this every step of the way.”
The dueling narratives underscore the stark contrast between the two presidents: Biden’s quiet retreat from the spotlight amid serious health battles versus Trump’s combative, high-energy presence both online and off.

Biden needs to go off into the sunset. He had no stamina and mental capacity. Foreign leaders laughed as he drifted away and go lost in their presence. Didn’t do anything for peace, perpetuated war, and actually we can’t even give him credit for that because his mind was gone.
Trump on the other hand is on TV all day everyday, talking to world leaders, making deals, making peace, lowering costs of Oil gas and food, bringing in INCOME TO THE COUNTRY by charging tariffs which if the left had half a brain, that’s how the country used to run, without TAXES!!!! He’s bringing in REAL NEW jobs, and cleaning out the bureaucracy of wasteful lazy government workers.
