Priscilla Presley Faces ‘Sociopath’ Allegations in Lawsuit

Priscilla Presley is pushing back hard against explosive new accusations tying her to Elvis Presley’s death, as a bitter $50 million legal battle takes an even darker turn.

Former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko amended their lawsuit against Priscilla, alleging she intentionally placed financial pressure on Elvis just months before his death in 1977. According to court filings, they claim she filed a lien on Graceland for nearly half a million dollars, saying it added “undue stress” that “pushed him to his death.”

The lawsuit also paints Priscilla, now 80, as a “calculated sociopath” and accuses her of exploiting the Presley name for decades.

Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, issued a fiery statement mocking the accusations as “beyond absurd,” saying:

“Priscilla did not have anything to do with the assassination of JFK, she did not cover up Area 51, she did not fake the moon landing, and she is not secretly keeping Bigfoot locked in a cabin in Canada. Take off the aluminum foil hat and face reality.”

Singer insists the lawsuit is an attempt by Kruse and Fialko to distract from Priscilla’s separate claims against them, where she accuses them of elder abuse, fraud, and financial exploitation.

The amended complaint also dives deep into Presley family tensions. It alleges that Priscilla made a “calculated move” in the final hours of her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s life, claiming she pulled Lisa off life support despite her wishes to prolong care.

Lisa Marie’s daughter, actress Riley Keough, allegedly expressed heartbreak over receiving legal emails and calls about her mother’s estate within 24 hours of her passing. Riley, who inherited Graceland, reportedly told Priscilla she “couldn’t understand” why their 2016 falling-out was being denied, claiming Lisa Marie felt “financially and personally betrayed.”

Priscilla has her own lawsuit against Kruse and Fialko, accusing them of isolating her from advisors, taking over her bank accounts, and tricking her into signing more than 20 contracts that handed them control over her name and likeness. A judge previously suggested the case showed signs of “classic elder abuse” if Priscilla’s claims hold up.

With both sides trading accusations of fraud, betrayal, and now even alleged involvement in Elvis’ death, this legal war is set to get even nastier.
