NFL Star ‘Knowingly’ Infecting Women with Incurable STD

Eric Moulds, a former Buffalo Bills wide receiver and three-time Pro Bowler, is facing explosive allegations in a lawsuit filed in New York State Superior Court. The lawsuit, filed by a Western New York woman whose identity remains undisclosed, accuses Moulds of knowingly infecting her with herpes simplex virus Type 2. The plaintiff also claims Moulds has engaged in similar conduct with other women over the years, targeting single mothers who are Bills fans in the region.

A Timeline of Alleged Events

The lawsuit outlines a relationship that began on Instagram in 2019. According to the complaint, Moulds invited the plaintiff on an all-expenses-paid trip to North Carolina in January 2023. The two reportedly began a sexual relationship that lasted until November 2023, during which time the woman alleges Moulds never disclosed his health status.

The situation took a dramatic turn in December 2023, when Moulds’ fiancée, reportedly pregnant at the time, contacted the plaintiff. She warned the woman to get tested, claiming Moulds had transmitted diseases to her and other women. Shortly after, the plaintiff tested positive for herpes, stating she had no other sexual partners during the relationship.

Claims of Cover-Ups and Payoffs

The lawsuit further alleges that Moulds has faced similar accusations in the past. It claims he was sued over a decade ago by several women for knowingly spreading the same disease and that those cases were settled with nondisclosure agreements. The plaintiff in the current case says she was also offered payment to drop her lawsuit, an attempt she described as a “bid to buy her silence.”

Moulds Denies All Allegations

Moulds’ attorney, Frank LoTempo III, dismissed the accusations as “false” and vowed to defend his client vigorously. “We are in the process of gathering information and evidence and will respond to the complaint,” LoTempo told Newsweek. “I will have more information and comments once the litigation process starts.”

A Tarnished Legacy

Moulds, who was drafted in the first round by the Bills in 1996, enjoyed a stellar NFL career spanning 12 seasons. During his 10 years with Buffalo, he amassed 9,096 receiving yards, 675 receptions, and 48 touchdowns, earning him three Pro Bowl selections. He later played for the Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans before retiring in 2007.

The lawsuit, however, casts a shadow over his legacy. As the legal process unfolds, the allegations are raising serious questions about the conduct of one of Buffalo’s most celebrated players.

For now, the plaintiff is seeking justice, while Moulds’ legal team is preparing for a contentious courtroom battle. The case has already drawn significant attention, both for its salacious claims and the questions it raises about accountability and transparency in high-profile figures.
