Erika Kirk Named CEO of Turning Point USA After Assassination of Charlie Kirk — “We Will Not Surrender”

In a swift and emotional move following the assassination of conservative firebrand Charlie Kirk, Turning Point USA has named his widow, Erika Kirk, as the organization’s new CEO and Chair of the Board.

The decision was announced Thursday in a public statement shared to social media and confirmed by several senior members of the group.

A massive public memorial for Charlie Kirk is set to take place Sunday, September 21 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona — the same venue where Trump launched his 2024 re-election campaign.

President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are among the scheduled speakers. According to a senior White House source, President Trump personally called Erika Kirk within hours of the assassination, offering both his condolences and his full support.

“Charlie Kirk was a patriot in every sense of the word,” Trump told reporters Wednesday. “He stood tall when others cowered. His voice will echo through the halls of history.”
