In a bizarre and unsettling twist, ABC’s Pennsylvania affiliate WNEP-TV aired what appeared to be official election results showing Vice President Kamala Harris winning the crucial swing state of Pennsylvania—more than a full week before any votes have been counted.
During Sunday’s broadcast of the Formula 1 Mexico Grand Prix, viewers saw a graphic that showed Harris with 52% of the vote over Republican challenger Donald Trump, who was pegged at 47%, with a reported 100% of precincts reporting. The display set off a firestorm of disbelief and anger, especially among Trump supporters.

Social media quickly lit up with reactions to the premature “results,” with one user on X calling it “a cheat in plain sight.” Others echoed sentiments of mistrust toward mainstream media, alleging rigging and foul play. “ABC is cheating for the Democrat machine. Their license should be revoked,” another user declared, voicing a sentiment widely shared by others in online conservative circles.
WNEP was quick to issue a statement, saying the numbers were “randomly generated” test data intended to ensure technical systems were functioning ahead of Election Day. “The numbers seen on the screen were randomly generated test results,” WNEP clarified, “and were not reflective of any actual vote count.”
They added that Pennsylvania law prohibits any ballots from being counted before the close of polls on November 5. “WNEP regrets the error and apologizes for any confusion,” the station said, promising steps to prevent future mistakes.
However, the timing of the error, so close to one of the most contentious elections in recent memory, has done little to calm suspicions. Polls show Trump and Harris locked in a razor-thin race in Pennsylvania, with Real Clear Politics giving Trump a narrow 0.7% lead in the Keystone State. Pennsylvania has been the site of electoral battlegrounds before; in 2020, Joe Biden edged out Trump by a slim margin of just 80,555 votes, securing the state’s decisive 20 electoral votes.
Critics of Disney-owned ABC have pointed to a broader bias against Republicans, noting that during the September 10 debate, ABC moderators fact-checked Trump repeatedly, while Harris appeared to escape similar scrutiny. Further fueling speculation, conservative commentators have called attention to Harris’s close personal ties to Disney exec Dana Walden, rumored to be in the running for the company’s CEO role.
The Wall Street Journal and New York Times have both detailed the relationship, with Walden seen at multiple fundraisers for Harris. While Walden has publicly distanced herself from ABC’s news division, her history of political donations has raised eyebrows.
“If the same graphics pop up after November 5 with the same numbers, it’ll be EXTREMELY suspicious,” another user wrote. The question in many minds remains: Is this an innocent mistake—or a glimpse behind the curtain?

Once again, the Democratic party, who rails against Republicans as being the destroyers of democracy, have themselves been the chief offender!
In what is a blatant attempt of misinformation, deceive, or sway opinion of voters towards Democrat candidates. If, as they say this was an honest error, as they were just testing their system, why didn’t they test it showing 50% to 50% split???
Here’s hoping the entire Democratic Party goes down in a landslide defeat this election! Devious, evil and incompetent- that’s what the real acronym of DEI stands for where the Dems are concerned!
“Mistakes Ass” had anyone watched the last debate, hosted by these partisan Jack-bites?
\”Erroneously\” , MY ASS! More blatant bulloshit from the pro dem media, and their crooked, corrupt cohorts! It is time to dismantle the media in this country and re-establish it with severe penalties for misinformation, questionable tactics, and veilled \”mistakes\”!! All fines could be put into a fund to help underprivileged or homeless LEGAL residents !!
