FBI Arrests Judge Over Immigration Case

In a stunning turn of events, FBI agents stormed a Milwaukee courthouse Friday morning to arrest Judge Hannah Dugan, who is now facing serious charges for allegedly helping an illegal immigrant dodge federal agents.

The dramatic announcement came directly from FBI Director Kash Patel, who took to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, to reveal the breaking news.

“Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week,” Patel posted.

According to federal investigators, Judge Dugan didn’t just look the other way — she actively interfered. Patel said the judge “intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested, Eduardo Flores Ruiz,” a man authorities have identified as an illegal alien.

Flores Ruiz initially slipped away, forcing agents to pursue him through the streets. “Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public,” Patel added.
