Once drinking buddies in Miami, Ana Navarro and Pam Bondi are now on opposite sides of America’s political divide.
During Monday’s episode of The View, Navarro blasted the former Florida attorney general — and current Trump administration official — calling her “an embarrassment” after Bondi’s fiery testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee last week.
“I’ve known Pam Bondi for a long time,” Navarro said. “But this is not the same woman I knew. The Pam I knew was funny, nice — normal. This one? I don’t know who she is anymore.”
The confrontation marks a sharp turn for Navarro, who once defended Bondi’s appointment when President Donald Trump brought her back into the fold last November.
“I said then that Pam wasn’t a kook,” Navarro told viewers. “Now I’m starting to wonder if I was wrong.”
Navarro and Bondi once ran in the same social circles. Both built their careers in Florida Republican politics — Navarro as a strategist for Jeb Bush, and Bondi as a two-term attorney general known for her tough stances on human trafficking and opioid abuse.
Back in 2023, Navarro even joked on air about their Miami nights out. “We drank a lot together,” she said. “I liked her. She wasn’t a jerk.”
But the pair’s friendship began to fray after Bondi became one of Trump’s most loyal defenders during the 2016 campaign — a role she carried proudly into his second administration.
“She’s always been loyal to President Trump,” a senior White House aide told The Post. “The President values people who stand by him when the cameras aren’t rolling. Pam’s one of them.”
The rift widened after Saturday Night Live aired a parody of Bondi over the weekend. Comedian Amy Poehler portrayed Bondi as brash and combative alongside Tina Fey’s exaggerated version of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
Bondi responded to the sketch with humor, posting on X, “@Sec_Noem, should we recreate this picture in Chicago? Loving Amy Poehler!”
Navarro didn’t see the joke as harmless. “She’s loving the attention,” she said. “It’s raising her stock with the MAGA crowd. But what she’s doing to the Justice Department is shameful. She’s turning it into a circus.”
Just months ago, Navarro had gone on CNN’s AC360 praising Trump’s choice to bring Bondi back into his cabinet. “Pam Bondi is one of the better picks,” she said then. “She’s smart, experienced, and fiercely loyal.”
Now Navarro’s tone has shifted dramatically. “That testimony is going to go down as one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen from an attorney general,” she said this week.
Political observers note Navarro’s increasingly bitter tone toward former friends who’ve embraced Trumpism. “Ana has made a career out of attacking conservatives while still calling herself a Republican,” said GOP strategist Raymond Kelly. “Pam represents everything she used to support — and that’s what really drives her crazy.”
The Navarro–Bondi feud now reflects a deeper split within the old GOP establishment — between the party’s Bush-era moderates and Trump’s America First loyalists.
As one Florida Republican insider put it, “Ana left the party. Pam didn’t. That’s the difference.”
Whether the two women ever reconcile is anyone’s guess. But for now, what began as cocktails in Coral Gables has turned into another political brawl playing out on national television.

MAGA Y’ALL…
Of course. Can\’t let the brain dead people still grasping for the lefts frozen diarrhea icicles see that it\’s a shunning for political convenience to look like she hates Pam for her political views or support when it\’s all a scam. The left is just abhorrent, abominable, reprobate and shameless, like their three biggest stars AOC, Cricket, and Ohmar, they are brainless.
Prima Donna Navarro takes her dog on cruise ships when the rest of us are not allowed.
If anyone is an embarrassment it is Ana Navarro!
