Marjorie Taylor Greene is trying to stage a comeback outside the Republican Party — but MAGA world is not exactly rolling out the red carpet.
The former Georgia congresswoman has launched a new weekly YouTube show called Life with MTG, and the internet immediately turned it into a political demolition derby.
Greene, once one of President Donald Trump’s loudest and most loyal defenders, is now being accused by former supporters of chasing fame, clinging to attention and trying to reinvent herself after torching her own place inside the GOP.
For years, Greene built her brand as a no-apologies MAGA warrior who went after Democrats, the media and Republican insiders with the same flamethrower energy.
But after a bitter public break with Trump over the long-delayed Jeffrey Epstein files, Greene stunned conservatives by declaring she was “done” with the Republican Party.
Now she is trying to take her fight to YouTube.
And plenty of Trump loyalists are telling her not to bother.
Earlier this month, Greene dropped a glossy trailer for Life with MTG, packed with clips of her most fiery cable news clashes, Capitol Hill showdowns and headline-making moments.
At the end of the promo, Greene delivered a defiant message to viewers.
“I won’t stop living, I won’t stop speaking, and I won’t stop fighting. And neither should you,” she said.
But instead of sparking a new movement, the trailer lit up social media with mockery.
“You are incredibly power-hungry and attention-seeking,” one critic snapped on X.
Another called her “trash,” while others blasted her for walking away from the very voters who helped make her famous.
“You quit. We don’t care,” one person wrote.
Another furious commenter accused Greene of betraying Trump, writing, “Maybe if you didn’t turn on Trump and break bread with the Democrats people would actually watch it.”
The backlash is especially brutal because Greene was once considered one of the most recognizable faces of the America First movement.
She rode into Washington as a political wrecking ball, embraced Trump without hesitation and made herself a constant thorn in the side of Democrats.
But her divorce from the GOP has turned ugly fast.
Greene recently ripped into the Republican Party, accusing it of betraying its voters and becoming an “America LAST” party.
“Tucker is not the only one who is done supporting the Republican Party,” Greene wrote on X, referring to Tucker Carlson. “There is A LOT of us that are absolutely fed up and will not support a party that betrays its voters and country.”
She insisted she was not switching sides and becoming a Democrat.
“That does not mean we are turning into Democrats either,” Greene added. “But we are DONE with the America LAST Republican Party.”
Her anger has centered on several major issues, including U.S. involvement in the Iran conflict, America’s close ties with Israel and the explosive fight over the Epstein files.
But for many Trump supporters, Greene crossed the line the moment she turned her fire on the president.
Trump, who once praised Greene as a “Republican Star,” has reportedly turned on her in spectacular fashion, branding her “Marjorie Traitor Greene.”
The nickname hit hard because Greene’s entire political identity was once wrapped around Trump’s movement.
Now, critics say she is learning what happens when a MAGA firebrand breaks with the man at the center of MAGA.
Greene, however, is not backing down.
During a CNN appearance with Kaitlan Collins, she fired back at the “traitor” label and said the real betrayal is coming from those refusing to release the Epstein files.
“The ones that refuse to release the Epstein files want to cover up for pedophiles and rapists, and all sorts of disgusting things in these files,” Greene said. “Those are the traitors to the American people, and they should be ashamed of themselves.”
It was the kind of explosive soundbite that has kept Greene in the headlines for years.
But this time, the political ground under her looks far shakier.
She is no longer fully embraced by Trump’s loyal base. She is not welcome on the left. And her former Republican allies have watched her go from MAGA star to political exile almost overnight.
That leaves Life with MTG as more than just a YouTube show.
It looks like Greene’s attempt to build a new stage after the old one collapsed beneath her feet.
To her supporters, she is a fearless fighter who is willing to call out corruption no matter which party is involved.
To her critics, she is an attention-hungry politician trying to cash in after burning bridges with the movement that made her famous.
Either way, Greene is not disappearing quietly.
She has traded the halls of Congress for the influencer lane — and the MAGA knives are already out.
