Congresswoman Demands End to Two-Party System

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is once again lighting up social media — but this time, the MAGA firebrand isn’t just attacking Democrats. She’s going after Republicans too.

In a blistering online rant that quickly sparked backlash and praise across the political world, Greene declared that Americans are “fully disgusted” with both major political parties and warned the country is nearing a breaking point.

The Georgia Republican blasted what she described as a broken political machine obsessed with power, redistricting battles, donor money, and endless partisan warfare instead of fixing problems for everyday Americans.

“It’s a really sad state that our country is in when both political parties are using redistricting as their main strategy to win midterms,” Greene wrote in a lengthy post on X.

According to Greene, voters are growing tired of what she called “team sports” politics, where Democrats and Republicans spend more time fighting each other than improving the lives of working Americans.

She accused both parties of being consumed by corruption, scandals, and influence from wealthy elites.

“Both parties have failed miserably,” Greene fumed, pointing to America’s exploding national debt, foreign conflicts, and political dysfunction in Washington.

The outspoken conservative didn’t stop there.

Greene claimed millions of Americans are becoming so frustrated with the political system that many no longer even want to vote.

“So many Americans are fully disgusted with both parties to the point they don’t even want to vote, but have nowhere to turn,” she wrote.

In one of the most surprising parts of her rant, Greene openly floated the idea of breaking America’s traditional two-party system altogether — a stunning suggestion coming from one of the Republican Party’s most recognizable MAGA figures.

“There has never been a better time than now to begin the development of support for independent candidates,” she declared.

Greene argued voters are desperate for candidates who focus on issues instead of political loyalty and who refuse to become trapped inside what she called the “political industrial complex.”

“Candidates that run on issues and not team jerseys,” she continued. “Candidates that truly are for Americans.”

The comments immediately fueled speculation online about growing fractures inside both major parties as frustration continues boiling over ahead of the next election cycle.

Greene’s explosive remarks also come after a string of recent public complaints where she slammed what she called “toxic divisive politics” and warned Americans are exhausted by constant political drama.

“Practically everyone I talk to is done with toxic divisive politics,” Greene previously wrote. “They hate both sides because both sides are failures.”

She added: “All people want is their government to shut the F up and make Americans lives good.”

The fiery comments have already triggered heated debate online, with critics accusing Greene of fueling anti-establishment anger while supporters praised her for saying what many frustrated voters have been thinking for years.
