Fox Unveils ‘Never Seen Before’ Final Interview with Charlie Kirk

Exclusive specials set to premiere just days after Kirk’s shocking assassination at a Utah college event

In a powerful tribute to one of the conservative movement’s most fearless voices, Fox Nation will roll out a pair of exclusive specials honoring Charlie Kirk — just days after the 31-year-old Turning Point USA founder was gunned down on a Utah college campus in what authorities are calling a politically motivated assassination.

The specials include “Charlie Kirk: The Last Interview,” premiering Friday on Fox Nation, and “Charlie Kirk: In His Own Words,” revisiting Kirk’s early mission to transform the hearts and minds of America’s next generation.

Kirk was fatally shot on September 12 while hosting a campus Q&A session at Utah Valley University. Federal investigators are still working to determine whether the alleged killer, a 23-year-old left-wing activist, acted alone. Kirk’s assassination has sparked national outrage — and galvanized calls for increased protection of conservative voices on college campuses.

Filmed just hours before the fatal shooting, “The Last Interview” features previously unreleased footage from Kirk’s sit-down with entrepreneur Andrew K. Smith at the Restaurantology summit in Salt Lake City.

In the interview, Kirk speaks about leadership, liberty, and his vision for America’s future under President Trump’s second term.

“We are at war for the soul of this country,” Kirk said in the interview. “Our side has the facts, the Constitution, and God on our side — and we need young Americans to rise up and fight for it.”

According to Fox Nation producers, Kirk appeared energized and optimistic about Turning Point USA’s growing influence on campuses nationwide.

“Charlie knew he was making waves. But he didn’t care,” said Smith, who hosted the event. “He believed the truth was worth any price.”

The special will also include Kirk’s final reflections on American values, capitalism, faith, and his warnings about the rise of left-wing extremism.

“Charlie Kirk: The Last Interview” premieres exclusively on Fox Nation on Friday, followed by a national broadcast on Fox News Channel Saturday at 8 p.m. ET and an encore Sunday at 11 p.m. ET.

The second special, “Charlie Kirk: In His Own Words,” takes viewers back to a 2018 sit-down with Kirk as he reflected on the early days of Turning Point USA — the grassroots youth organization he founded at just 18.

In that interview, Kirk detailed how he turned a $2,000 donation and a dream into one of the most influential conservative movements in the country.

“We were told we couldn’t do it — that college campuses were lost,” Kirk said. “But I believed in this country, and I believed young people would too if someone just told them the truth.”

Over the past decade, TPUSA has grown to include thousands of student chapters across the U.S., hosting summits, publishing viral content, and mentoring a new generation of pro-Trump youth leaders.

Fox News previously aired “Charlie Kirk: An American Original” on Sept. 13 — a primetime special that chronicled Kirk’s rise from suburban Chicago teen to one of the most recognizable defenders of the America First movement.

That tribute featured appearances from Donald Trump Jr., Lara Trump, Graham Allen, Riley Gaines, Pastor Jack Hibbs, and prominent Fox News hosts including Jesse Watters, Lisa Boothe, Will Cain, Laura Ingraham, and Jason Chaffetz, who was on the ground in Utah when the assassination occurred.

Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, delivered a moving tribute during the program:
“I will never let your legacy die. You gave everything for this country. And now it’s our turn to finish what you started.”

President Donald J. Trump, who praised Kirk as “a fierce and loyal patriot,” issued a statement from the White House calling Kirk’s death “a national tragedy and a wake-up call to every American who values free speech and the rule of law.”

“Charlie Kirk died doing what he loved — fighting for America,” Trump said. “His legacy will live on in every young patriot who refuses to be silenced.”

Kirk’s last live television appearance came just days before his death, on The Will Cain Show (Sept. 9), where he called out the Biden DOJ for its continued attacks on conservatives and warned of escalating campus violence against right-leaning speakers.

He had also guest-hosted Fox & Friends Weekend earlier in July.
