President Donald Trump has issued a fiery new warning to Iran as tensions in the Middle East continue to spiral — and his message couldn’t have been more blunt.
The 79-year-old commander-in-chief took to Truth Social on Sunday with a dramatic ultimatum aimed directly at Tehran, warning Iran’s leaders that time is quickly running out after months of escalating conflict involving the United States and Israel.
“For Iran, the Clock is Ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them,” Trump wrote. “TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!”
The chilling statement comes as reports swirl that Trump is preparing for another major national security meeting inside the White House Situation Room this week, where top officials are expected to discuss possible next steps against Iran — including renewed military action.
According to Axios, Trump will meet with his national security team on Tuesday as concerns grow that the conflict could explode into something far larger. Fox News foreign correspondent Trey Yingst claimed the administration may even be considering restarting military strikes.
Trump’s latest warning followed a high-stakes phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as both leaders continue coordinating strategy amid the ongoing crisis.
“We want to make a deal, but the Iranians are not at the place we want them to be right now,” Trump reportedly said. “They will need to reach that place, or they will receive a harsh blow.”
The president then doubled down with another stark threat that sent shockwaves across social media and political circles alike.
“If they don’t come to us with a better offer, we will hit them harder than anything we’ve done to them so far.”
The increasingly aggressive rhetoric has sparked fierce debate across the political spectrum — including from some of Trump’s own longtime allies.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene stunned many conservatives after publicly criticizing the president over his comments about Iran, accusing him of pushing the country toward another dangerous foreign conflict.
After Trump previously warned that “a whole civilization will die tonight,” Greene blasted the message online and claimed the president had “gone insane.”
“Everyone in his administration that claims to be a Christian needs to fall on their knees and beg forgiveness from God,” she wrote. “All of you are complicit.”
Popular podcast host Joe Rogan — who famously endorsed Trump during the 2024 election — has also voiced frustration over America’s growing involvement overseas.
“This is why a lot of people feel betrayed,” Rogan said on a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience. “He ran on ‘No more wars,’ and now we’re right back in the middle of another one.”
Even conservative commentator Megyn Kelly questioned whether the conflict serves American interests.
“Our government’s job is not to look out for Iran or for Israel,” Kelly argued. “It’s to look out for us.”
As fears of a wider Middle East war continue mounting, Trump’s hardline stance is energizing supporters who see him projecting strength on the world stage — while critics warn the fiery rhetoric could push the region closer to catastrophe.

As soon as Iran surrenders and this conflict is over, we need to be able to see the evidence that Iran was on the brink of getting their uranium to weapons grade. Then maybe Green and people like her will just shut up.
Iran is just stalling for time. They think that if Democrats take over they can do what they want.
