Hunter Biden Challenges Don Jr. to Cage Fight

Hunter Biden is taking his feud with the Trump family out of politics and into the cage.

The 56-year-old son of former President Joe Biden raised eyebrows after publicly challenging Donald Trump Jr. to a UFC-style fight, adding a bizarre new chapter to the long-running battle between America’s most famous political families.

The challenge came after Hunter sounded off over President Donald Trump’s Freedom 250 event on the White House South Lawn, a splashy UFC celebration that drew big-name attention and, predictably, outrage from Trump critics.

Hunter made it clear he was not happy about the event being held at the White House, calling the spectacle “antithetical to everything our founding fathers fought for.”

But then he took things a step further.

In a public letter directed at Joe Rogan, the podcast giant and longtime UFC commentator, Hunter floated the idea of settling things with Trump’s eldest son inside a cage.

“Cage match between me and Don Jr.?” Hunter wrote. “Your call on the venue. Anywhere but the South Lawn.”

The remark appeared to be partly tongue-in-cheek, but it quickly lit up social media, where critics and supporters alike reacted to the idea of a political grudge match between the two first sons.

Hunter said his issue was not with UFC itself, nor with the fighters or celebrities who showed up for the event. He even said he had respect for Rogan and some of the people who attended.

Instead, Hunter’s complaint centered on Trump using the White House grounds for the event.

“My problem is that I believe some of our public spaces are sacred,” he wrote. “And unlike many of the great powers that came before us, these American monuments belong to all of us. Not to whoever happens to hold power at the moment.”

Hunter then compared the event to a Roman-style spectacle, suggesting Trump was using the White House like Caesar used the Colosseum.

“The President is our servant. Not our Caesar,” he wrote.

The attack was dramatic, even by today’s political standards. But Trump supporters are likely to see the criticism as another round of selective outrage from the Biden camp, especially given that the White House has long been used by presidents of both parties for highly choreographed political theater.

Hunter went on to suggest that the whole point of the event was the location itself. He claimed Trump’s message was essentially, “This is my house. I own it. I will do with it what I please.”

He also accused Trump of wanting to “erase the names” of the presidents who came before him, while taking aim at past changes to the White House grounds.

Still, the line that grabbed the most attention was not Hunter’s lecture about public spaces. It was his sudden invitation to Don Jr. to fight.

Online, some users cheered on the idea of a showdown. One person joked that they normally do not watch MMA, but would tune in to see Hunter and Don Jr. face off.

Another wrote that Hunter would “kick Don Jr’s” backside, while others claimed Trump’s son would not want to step into the cage.

Don Jr. has not publicly accepted the challenge.

For now, the proposed cage fight remains just another social media firestorm. But in an era where politics already feels like a combat sport, Hunter Biden may have just found the most literal way yet to describe the feud between the Bidens and the Trumps.
